About Char Young
Char is a Massage and Bodywork Practitioner and developer of the Unraveling Method of Stress Reduction and Pain Relief. She is a graduate of the Sarasota School of Massage Therapy, a Touch for Health and Kinesiology Practitioner, Certified in Reflexology and a licensed Minister. She has training in Ayurvedic Medicine, Mental Health, and Hypnotherapy. In addition to her 16 years of formal training, Char has had the unique experience of allowing herself to Heal, and achieving Balance, Joy and Optimum Health through the use of these modalities.
Char practices in Hollywood, Florida and Columbus, Ohio. She currently lives in Hollywood, Florida.
The State of Ohio has not adapted any education or training standards for unlicensed persons who provide information about bodywork and massage to clients. This statement of credentials is for informational purpose only. Under Ohio law, unlicensed persons are not allowed to provide a diagnosis or to recommend discontinuance of medically prescribed treatment. If you desire a diagnosis from a licensed health care practitioner, you may seek those services at any time.

- The reason behind this type of pricing system is a commitment to yourself, know that your Intentions are to stop struggling and searching outside your self for the answers. This is a commitment with Your SELF and an INTENTION to know that your perception is that you have been carrying around much pain. Pain is not the actual Problem; The LACK OF JOY is the Challenge.
The following is my Philosophy, and what you can expect from me:

This is achieved through Unraveling, which combines massage and bodywork with other modalities. Relieving stress permanently requires more than just applying pressure to the muscles. Every thought, emotion and perception we have experienced is stored in cellular and muscle tissue. Pain results from a combination of an overload of stress and our own desires and dreams to be accepted by others. Storing these feelings builds up stress and blocks the energy flow. This manifests itself in many ways. For example, do you ever have an overload of stress and finally let it go and direct it toward a loved one? Pain and stress are permanently resolved when touch is combined with achieving an understanding that thought and emotions are stored in the cellular memory of the muscle and needs to be felt or experienced instead of processed in the head and through the voice.
I have read completely the Client Notification Form and understand my rights, the qualifications of the person providing services and what I should expect from the Facilitator, Char Young.
